Is it unusual for a man to wear a leather choker? Can he do so without alienating his peers?
I am kind of a punk. I'm seventeen years old. Is it unusual for men to wear leather chokers, (like these: http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/store/product.jsp?FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302028582&PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524442163430&bmUID=120743085201
2) because I was told that it's usually WOMEN who wear those, not men. I'm not sure if this is true, though. I also am not sure about wearing it at school because the teachers might look at me funny and I don't want to alienate any of my friends/peers. I already wear a black studded wristband and another one with a ring in the middle, and another one with a bunch of steel rings around it. It's a bondage bracelet, really. Tell me what you think.
I don't have a problem with wearing one in public, but I am kinda iffy about wearing it to school and I probably won't.
ive had one, but i'm a girl..
the security guard told me it was a weapon...
well, it wont alienate your peers, just dont act like you're going to kill them- be yourself. if you wear all those wristbands and bracelets, then a choker shouldnt be a problem.
